Category: Conference

The Piedmont Environmental Council is proud to be one of the conference organizers. A variety of break-out sessions appeal to new and experienced owners, as well as owners of small and large woodlots. Representatives from Virginia's natural resource agencies are also available to inform participants of the services available to them.

This all-day conference:
* is for owners of large or small tracts of land;
* is a one stop/first stop for individuals, families, and managers wanting to learn more about woods, wildlife, and other natural resources;
* provides multiple links to information, sources of assistance, and a better understanding of the natural resources around you;
* will explore a myriad of forestry and wildlife issues relevant to woodland owners.
