Restoration of an Extinct Ecosystem: Lessons Learned with Dr. Douglas Gill

The Clifton Institute is hosting a lecture featuring Dr. Douglas Gill, a professor in the Department of Biology at University of Maryland, College Park, who will share an overview of his involvement with the Native Grassland Restoration Project on the eastern shore of Maryland. This project studied the process of restoring Mid-Atlantic warm-season grasslands for 20 years. Dr.Gill will also discuss practical advice from his years in grassland restoration.
